Lanternhill Studio ("we") builds websites for small businesses. This page explains what we collect through this site and how we use it.
What we collect
When you fill out our form, we collect what you type in: your business name, your name, email, phone, city and state, your trade, your current website, and any notes. Our hosting provider also processes basic technical data (like your IP address, approximate country and browser type) to deliver the site and keep it secure.
How we use it
Only to reply to you about your website: to design your free homepage concept, send it to you, and talk about your project. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to newsletters.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run our business, such as website hosting (Cloudflare), email, and payment processing (Stripe) if you buy from us. They only process your data to provide those services.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions as long as needed to handle your request and any project that follows, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
To see, correct, or delete the information you sent us, or to ask us to stop contacting you, email us using the button at the bottom of this page and we'll take care of it promptly.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
